The best solution to any high debt problems, is to make a comprehensive household budget and then stick to it. By sticking to a comprehensive workable budget, you can help yourself stop overspending, or stop buying things you don’t actually need. A budget will also help you think more realistically about the money that you have. If you currently don’t have a set amount you are spending on groceries each month for example, then you are probably spending way more than you need to.
